Creating Consistent Brand Assets

Build a cohesive visual identity across your quote cards and videos with SnapQuote's brand tools.

Xiwen JIANGAdvanced

Brand consistency turns casual viewers into followers. When someone sees your quote card or video in their feed, they should know it's yours within a second.

Set Your Brand Kit

SnapQuote's Brand Kit lets you save:

  • Brand colors — up to 5 colors (primary, secondary, accent, background, text)
  • Font pairings — heading and body font combinations
  • Logo position — default watermark placement and opacity
  • Default template — the template that loads by default for new cards

Extend Your Brand to Video

The same brand principles apply to your quote videos. When creating video content, keep these consistent:

  • Motion style — pick a signature motion (e.g., slow zoom for inspirational, typewriter for punchy quotes) and stick with it across videos
  • Background music — choose a music genre that fits your brand tone (lo-fi for calm, piano for elegant, upbeat for energetic) and reuse it
  • Narration voice — once you pick a narrator voice, use the same one across all narrated videos so your audience recognizes it
  • Scene transitions — use the same transition style (dissolve, fade, or slide) consistently

Create Template Variations for Video

Apply your brand kit to different video types:

  1. Motion Reel — your go-to format for dynamic, music-backed quote videos
  2. Typewriter Story — for text-focused, minimalist content
  3. Narrated Slideshow — when you want to add voice and storytelling
  4. Static Quote — the simplest format, great for quick posts

Each video type should use your brand colors, fonts, and watermark consistently.

Audit Your Feed

Every month, review your last 30 posts — both static and video. Ask:

  • Are the colors consistent across formats?
  • Do the fonts and watermark match in both cards and videos?
  • Does the motion style feel on-brand?
  • Which format (static vs video) performed best this month?

Adjust your templates and video styles based on what resonated most with your audience.
